  • 5-6 CHERRY TOMATOES
  • 1 TBSP OLIVES
  • 1 TBSP CAPERS
  • 1 LARGE DAKOS, BROKEN INTO PIECES
  • ¼ C CRUMBLED FETA

Dressing:

  • 1 SMALL TOMATO
  • 1 ½ TBSP OREGANO FLAVORED OLIVE OIL
  • ½ TBSP RED WINE VINEGAR; S & P TO TASTE
  • BLEND DRESSING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.

ASSEMBLE 1ST 6 INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL, CRUMBLING FETA ON TOP. DRIZZLE WITH DRESSING. CAN ADD A BIT MORE OREGANO TO FINISH.
